Crafted from Grenache and Rolle with smaller proportions of Tibouren, Cinsault and Syrah, it delivers a dry, medium-bodied style with elegant fruit and subtle spice. Meet the producer Château d’Esclans, led by Sacha Lichine, is one of Provence’s most influential estates, known for redefining rosé with a premium, terroir-driven approach. Rock Angel is positioned as a more serious, ageworthy rosé within the portfolio. Production Grapes are sourced from select hillside vineyards in Côtes de Provence. Fermentation takes place in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels, with partial barrel ageing to build texture and complexity while preserving freshness. Light oak influence adds subtle spice and structure. Tasting notes Pale salmon-pink in colour. The nose reveals red currants, candied raspberries and mild spice. The palate is medium-bodied and focused, with forest berries, stone fruit and a tangy, mouthwatering finish. A touch of white pepper and savoury minerality adds lift and length.
