Grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in a combination of oak, stainless steel, and concrete vats to preserve freshness and structure. The wine is aged 16–18 months in French oak (40% new, 60% one-year-old), integrating subtle spice while maintaining a silky, lush mouthfeel.
