With a nose of tangy gooseberry and a twist of lime this refreshing, fruit-driven wine reveals the many dimensions of the SB grape. Aromas and flavors of lime, mint, honeydew melon continue through to the palate and expand to show passionfruit, nettle, and box hedge flavors that complement the racy acidity and underlying wet slate minerality that pulls the wine together and makes it a perfect partner to the cuisine of spring and summer.
