Heaven on Earth is an indulgent sweet wine made from Muscat d’Alexandrie grapes using the traditional “Vin de Paille” method. The grapes are dried on a bed of organic Rooibos tea, concentrating sugars and flavours to create a luscious, full-bodied dessert wine. The wine offers abundant aromas of apricot, honey and Rooibos, carried through to a rich and sumptuous palate. Meet the producer Stellar Organics, founded in 2000 by the Rossouw brothers, is one of South Africa’s largest organic wine producers and the leading ethical wine brand in the UK. The winery is committed to Fair for Life certification, organic viticulture, and social responsibility, using methods such as employing Indian Runner ducks to naturally control pests. Production Grapes are carefully harvested and dried on organic Rooibos mats to intensify flavour and sugar concentration. Fermentation is slow and controlled, preserving the delicate aromatics.
