Vineyard & Production Grapes are grown in the estate's own vineyards in O Rosal, planted on well-drained soils that benefit from cooling Atlantic breezes. Meticulous vineyard management ensures optimal ripeness and aromatic intensity. Hand-harvested in 20 kg cases, grapes undergo a 6-hour cold maceration at 10°C, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation occurs naturally in 5,000-litre stainless steel tanks over 2–3 weeks at 16°C. The wine is then aged for six months on its lees in stainless steel, six months in concrete egg, and six months in ceramic tanks. Tasting Notes This fresh and aromatic Albariño opens with notes of citrus, pear and apricot, layered with delicate floral and saline nuances. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-driven, showing flavours of pear and apricot with vibrant acidity. The finish is long, crisp and mineral-driven with a distinctive saline character.
