Production This Hillside Shiraz comes exclusively from the west-facing Hillside Block in South Marananga. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented carefully to preserve varietal character. The wine is aged for at least 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it is fully vegan-friendly.
