Source-supplied bottle description

Mundus Bacillus Terrae is a Malbec vineyard plot whose name pays homage to the rhizobacteria that live in symbiosis with the vines at an altitude of 1,450 metres in the Adrianna vineyard. Three-quarters of the wine is fermented in concrete tanks and the remainder in large oak vats, followed by 18 months in French oak barrels. The nose offers notes of violet and lavender with subtle hints of red fruit, but the wine then explodes on the palate. It has a pure texture with a lively tension and ripe yet soft tannins, very characteristic of Malbec. The magic of this wine lies in its uniqueness, both in style and in its approach to the grape variety. A fascinating wine.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
