The flagship wine of Piedmont and Cantina Clavesana, the Alta Langa Extra Brut DOCG 2021 is a very refined sparkling wine, produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the grapes for which are harvested by hand, this prestigious cuvée is aged on its lees for at least thirty months. Upon opening, it releases rich aromas of bread crust and yeast, offering smoothness and elegance. The bubbles infuse the palate with their airy energy, in a full-bodied and complex sip with a perfectly balanced dosage. The lovely lingering finish prolongs the pleasure. The ideal premium cuvée to accompany a festive aperitif, an assortment of sushi or a seafood platter.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
