Ancora Pinot Grigio is a vibrant, refreshing white from the rolling hills of Provincia di Pavia in northern Italy , produced by Adria Vini, a collaboration between Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero. Light, crisp, and zesty, this is a clean, delicate Pinot Grigio that captures the essence of northern Italy at an outstanding everyday price.
Why You'll Love It
Established in 2003, Adria Vini combines traditional Italian viticulture with precise modern techniques to produce wines that are genuinely approachable without sacrificing quality. Ancora is their classic Pinot Grigio: fresh, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable, whether you are opening a bottle for a casual weeknight or pairing it with food at the table. Vineyard and Production Pinot Grigio grapes are carefully selected from hillside vineyards in Pavia and harvested during the first two weeks of September. Grapes are gently pressed and clarified before cool fermentation at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel to develop texture and freshness before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Ancora Pinot Grigio opens with apple and citrus aromas with subtle floral hints on the nose. The palate is crisp, clean, and delicate with bright lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish that makes it genuinely easy to enjoy.
Perfect Pairings

The Blend
100% Pinot Grigio.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
