Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
Produced from a vintage characterised by rather cool and damp weather, the summer sunshine helped to strengthen the vines, resulting in perfectly healthy, well-ripened bunches. This ripeness is evident on the palate, in a dry Sauvignon Blanc with remarkable minerality. On tasting, delicate aromas of passion fruit unfold and pair perfectly with the precise, chalky palate. This chalky finish owes its character to the terroir: flinty clay, reflecting the name of this cuvée.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
