Barbera d'Alba is an elegant, well-balanced red wine from the renowned Italian producer Elio Altare. It is made from Barbera grapes grown in the Piedmont region of Italy. The grapes are hand-picked, carefully sorted and fermented in stainless steel vats before being aged in French oak barrels. Certified organic, this concentrated Barbera, with its flavours of blackberry, plum, walnut and earth, will go perfectly with all kinds of rich, flavoursome dishes.
