Source-supplied bottle description

This is a deep, dark and rich blend from Eastern Spain. Made up from 30% Bobal, 20% Petit Verdot and 20% Syrah, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc which are all grown on the vineyard. After harvest, 3 days of cold storage they go through a gentle pressing process and fermented. They are all matured for 10 months separately before being blended together and matured for a further 10 months in French Allier and American Oak barrels. The result is a ripe red wine with aromas of toasty vanilla and balsamic sharpness. The palate is full and rich with red berry and black fruit notes throughout. It is a well balanced wine with good acidity and structure that comes with a lightly smoky and long finish.
Food Pairing
Perfect for roasted veg or roasted red meats and steak.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
