The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Planted on 1.42 hectares at the top of the plot, the Chardonnay vines benefit from an east-facing chalky soil, guaranteeing freshness and a strong minerality. Hand-harvested, the grapes are pressed whole, then matured for 19 months in oak barrels, with full malolactic fermentation. The wine has a seductive gold-green colour with silver highlights, a nose of flint and granny apples, and a floral, subtly pastry palate that stretches to an energetic, saline finish.
