Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

Block 2 Chardonnay takes its name from an east-facing plot on the estate, planted in 1992 on deep, angular schist soils. Thanks to favourable weather conditions and meticulous, hand-carried-out viticulture, the grapes reach optimal quality before arriving in the cellar. The result is a complex and refined wine with soft, mineral and gourmet fruit on the palate. In addition to its taste qualities, this Chardonnay also embodies ecological values. It is appetising, with plenty of texture and no heaviness whatsoever thanks to its lively acidity.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
