Golden yellow flecked with gold. The nose opens with scents of fresh citrus and lemon, followed by aromas of white stone fruits, peach and quince. The finish is enhanced by subtle mineral, flinty notes. First, notes of redcurrant and subtle freshness. Then comes beautiful richness, depth and vinosity with delicate touches of stewed fruits bringing extra complexity, all coming together in a lovely long finish.Blend: 100% Pinot Noir An enticing waft of fragrant spices draws you into the glass, where ripe and juicy black cherry and currant fruit is underscored by a clean swathe of underlying salinity. Details of pickled ginger, crystallized honey, biscuit and white blossoms expand nicely on the plush mousse, which is raw silk-like in feel. This is rich and expressive, with good depth, yet its chiseled acidity provides fine definition throughout. Mouthwatering finish. Pouring a pale silver/yellow color, the NV Champagne Pinot Noir TX20 is representative of the fruitiness of the vintage and the purity of the citrus, with notes of white grapefruit, hazelnut, and fresh bread dough. It's a fresh expression that doesn't get the toastiness you might expect, but has the fruitiness and a frothy, bubbly mousse. It will most likely benefit from another year. Based on 2020 for half the cuvée, the other half is reserve wine.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
