Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

The flagship of Domaine Masson's production, the Cœur d'Apremont cuvée comes each year from the same plots, selected with the greatest care by Jean-Claude Masson himself. The absolute grass cover of the soils and the age of these vines (80 years on average) cause a dramatic drop in yields. Thus, when the fruit is picked at optimum maturity, it expresses highly all its aromatic capacity. The result, after a long fermentation on fine lees, a powerful, straight wine, characterized by exceptional notes of candied fruit: apricot, fig and peach.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
