Produced from the family's vineyards in the heart of the Cadillac-Côtes de Bordeaux region, this 2022 vintage is the expression of a vibrant and respected terroir. After working in Paris and South-East Asia, Pauline Lapierre chose to devote herself to the art of winemaking, beginning the transition to organic farming in 2018, followed by biodynamic certification in 2025. This wine is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented for 15 days with pumping over and partially aged in barrels. A light red, it offers an intense nose of fresh red fruits, a slightly full-bodied palate and a subtle hint of oak that perfectly balances the freshness and structure. Pair with roast chicken, lentils or simple dishes that allow the fruit to shine through.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
