Camel Valley White Pinot Noir Brut is a beautifully refined and delicately expressive English sparkling wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown on the sun‑drenched slopes of Cornwall . The region’s mild maritime climate, long growing season and well‑drained soils allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing purity, finesse and vibrant natural acidity. Made using the traditional method and aged extensively on lees, the wine combines elegance, precision and subtle complexity, offering a distinctive and graceful expression of English Pinot Noir.

Meet the Producer

Camel Valley, founded by the Lindo family in 1989, is one of England’s most acclaimed sparkling wine estates. Their meticulous vineyard work, sustainable practices and commitment to traditional‑method winemaking have earned them an international reputation for quality. From their hillside vineyards overlooking the Camel River, they craft wines celebrated for their clarity, balance and unmistakable Cornish character.

Production

Hand‑picked Pinot Noir grapes are pressed gently as whole bunches to extract the purest juice with minimal colour. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine is then aged on its lees to build texture, fine mousse and subtle autolytic complexity. A carefully judged dosage ensures harmony, allowing the wine’s freshness and mineral precision to shine.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with a fine, persistent bead, the wine opens with aromas of red apple, citrus blossom, wild strawberry and hints of pastry. The palate is crisp, elegant and beautifully balanced, offering notes of orchard fruit, lemon zest and delicate red berry nuances supported by a clean mineral line. The finish is long, refreshing and refined, with gentle autolytic richness. Food Match Perfect with smoked salmon, oysters, sushi, soft cheeses, light canapés or celebratory dishes that highlight its freshness and finesse. Grape Pinot Noir

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
