Ruby red color with bright reflections. Ravera has an intense bouquet, full and lingering; itrecalls dried roses, alpine flowers and wood. This is a wine with great structure - well-balanced thanks to the ripe tannins. Nuanced and lingering aromas and good acidity makes the Ravera a pleasing and charming wine.Paired with rich red meat dishes and mature cheeses, it can also make for a pleasant afterdinner drink. Very pleasant, fruity aromas of sweet wild strawberries and crushed raspberries follow through to a full-bodied palate with fine and firm tannins and plenty of fruity flavor, turning to a walnut-cream aftertaste. This still needs time to integrate better. Try from 2024.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
