Production
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this Appellation Marlborough Wine is sustainably grown and fully sourced from Marlborough vineyards. Grapes are harvested over 14 days, both by hand and machine, with handpicked fruit fully destemmed. Each parcel is fermented separately in open-top fermenters using a combination of selected and wild yeasts. Post-fermentation, the wine spends 5–7 days on the skins before pressing. Maturation takes place in French oak barrels (12% new) for 11 months, with selected batches blended and bottled prior to the next harvest.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of red and dark berries combine with subtle spice and earthy, savoury undertones. The palate is elegant and lively, offering raspberry and cherry flavours, bright wild strawberry fruit, and a refreshing, juicy finish. Food match Pairs beautifully with earthy dishes such as fresh pasta with seasonal field mushrooms and truffle oil, as well as roasted duck with plum sauce. Grape 100% Pinot Noir
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
