Domaine Long-Depaquit's Chablis Premier Cru "Les Vaucopains" is an absolutely unique, elegant and precise wine. This cuvée comes from a small parcel of 5.2 hectares planted with 31-year-old vines, on Kimmeridgian limestone subsoils. With this exceptional terroir and ideal climate, this very small production offers a Chablis 1er Cru of great aromatic richness, complexity and undeniable quality. The grapes are harvested by hand, vinified in stainless steel vats and then transferred to oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
include candied fruit, caramel, apricot and quince, enhanced by a superb golden hue. A well-balanced wine, with fine acidity and a lingering finish. This is a fine Chablis wine, which deserves to be paired with the finest dishes!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
