Read the retailer’s description
The description below is the retailer’s own wording.
Of all the Chablis grands crus, Vaudésir is the most delicate. It captivates with its lively and elegant character and also offers a minerality rarely equalled, thanks to the finesse expressed by the Chardonnay on the Kimmeridgian terroir – a fairly crumbly limestone composed of fossilised oysters and shellfish. The result is a generous, dry and opulent wine with superb length on the palate, which successfully defies the test of time! This 2025 vintage is distinguished by a splendid mineral aroma, combined with subtle vegetal notes. Its richness is exceptional!
