Source-supplied bottle description

A cuvée of great elegance, made exclusively from Chardonnay, the king of grape varieties in the Côte des Blancs. Sourced from plots classified as Grands and Premiers Crus, this wine accurately reflects the purity of the chalky terroir and the refined style of the house. After a long ageing period of six years on lees, this champagne reveals remarkable aromatic complexity. It unveils aromas of white flowers, citrus zest and white-fleshed fruits, before evolving towards notes of fine pastries and dried fruits. The attack is straightforward and fresh, carried by balanced acidity and beautiful minerality. The texture is full-bodied, almost creamy, while retaining a beautiful tension. The expression of Chardonnay is clear and elegant, without any heaviness. The finish is long and salty, marked by notes of almond and candied lemon.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
