Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

A cuvée from the 2013 harvest, bottled after more than a year of maturation of the base wines in vats, with careful work on the first-fermentation lees (pumping over and resuspension) to enrich the texture. This prolonged contact with the lees gives it a natural generosity that allows for the absence of dosage. On opening, the wine offers a vibrant freshness with delicate notes of marzipan and ripe lemon, evolving into delicious hints of candied citrus. The attack, both lively and enveloping, reveals flavours of bergamot and Canada apple, enhanced by a touch of salted butter caramel.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
