Cellar for up to 10 years. Serve chilled. Champagne Jeeper is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Champagne region in France. Founded in 1949 by Armand Goutorbe, the winery is now run by his grandson, Nicolas Dubois, who has continued the tradition of producing exceptional Champagnes. The winery’s unusual name comes from some American soldiers who liberated Champagne in World War II and nicknamed Armand Goutorbe "Jeeper" due to his love of Jeeps. This cuvee is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes which are sourced from some of the best vineyards in the Champagne region. After vinification this Champagne is aged in the cellars of Champagne Jeeper for a minimum of 36 months. This adds enticing and complex aged notes to the flavour profile as well as softening the delicate bubbles. Overall, Champagne Jeeper Grand Assemblage Brut is a superb Champagne that is perfect for any special occasion.
