Source-supplied bottle description

Maison Malard, founded in 1996, is an independent, family-run wine business with a passion for making champagnes with great character. The Brut Excellence cuvée, comes from the prestigious crus of Oger, Chouilly, Verzenay et Ay, painstakingly blended with 60% de Pinot Noir et 40% de Chardonnay. On the palate, this champagne reveals a harmonious balance, a combination of freshness and aromatic potency, with hints of fruit, a delicate sweetness and a touch of salinity. It pairs wonderfully with a carpaccio, accompanied by white asparagus and a vinaigrette of honey and lime. Serve between 9 °C and 12 °C to fully appreciate the complexity and structure.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
