Expressive, revealing aromas of white fruit, brioche and vanilla, with notes of citrus and dried fruit, it is both lively and balanced, with beautiful freshness and a marked structure. The texture is creamy, with a long, slightly toasty finish. It is a versatile champagne, perfect as an aperitif, but also ideal with seafood, fish or hard cheeses.
