A 35-hectare estate, grown at high density, in the eastern foothills of the Massif Central, near the gorges of the Loire. The Chenin parcel is planted at an altitude of 400 metres on granite soil, which gives the wine its freshness and minerality. The wine reveals delicate aromas of white fruit and citrus, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a hint of honey. It goes perfectly with seafood, grilled fish or root vegetable dishes.
