A true jewel of the Côte de Beaune, this Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Embazées" seduces with its masterful balance between richness and distinction. From a historic terroir on the edge of Santenay, with calcareous marl and coloured clay soils, it expresses all the nobility of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Its bright golden colour heralds a delicate nose of white flowers hawthorn, acacia, honeysuckle evolving with age towards hazelnut, honey and ripe pear. On the palate, the opulent, silky texture stretches out into a long, harmonious finish, marked by a subtle mineral freshness. Aged for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels (25% of which are new), this wine reflects the expertise and precision of a vinification process that respects the vintage. The 2022 stands out for its deliciousness and ageing potential, combining ripe fruit, floral notes and hints of pastry. Enjoy with roast poultry, fine fish or seafood for a moment of elegance and absolute pleasure.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
