The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

At the heart of the prestigious Pomerol appellation, Château Bourgneuf extends over 9 hectares in a single block. Bourgneuf has been owned by the Vayron family since 1840. Château Bourgneuf is a wine of great finesse. With its beautiful ruby-purple colour, it offers a subtle bouquet combining black cherry, raspberry, leather and toasty nuances. On the palate, it is crisp and crunchy, with a minty freshness. It seduces us with its expressiveness, but above all with its balance between richness and delicacy. A great Pomerol.
