Château de Fieuzal Blanc is a charming balance of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varieties. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, which give it its textured, enveloping palate with peach and nectarine aromas that mix with notes of mint, custard and citrus zest. The attack on the palate is vibrant and sustained by a certain bitterness with notes of clementine and orange. This is without doubt a safe bet to enjoy over the next two decades!
