My money is on the 2016 Château Fourcas-Borie being the wine of the vintage in Listrac, It’s rare to find a Listrac with this level of depth and richness. Smoking notes of blackcurrants, black cherries, and graphite all emerge from this medium-bodied effort that has terrific mid-palate concentration, ripe tannins, and a brilliant finish.
