Château Giscours, a Margaux Third Growth, is a historic estate dating back to the 16th century. Located on the left bank of Bordeaux, it embodies the refinement and elegance of the region with its neoclassical architecture, rare tree species and magnificent Ferme Suzanne. Since 1995, under the management of the Albada Jelgersma family, the château has continued to evolve, combining tradition and modernity. This Château Giscours comes from a unique terroir of 95 hectares of vines, whose distinctive feature lies in its three deep Garonne gravelly hilltops, essential for the perfect ripening of the grapes. This exceptional terroir produces wines of great finesse, characteristic of the Margaux appellation.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
