A rising star of the Médoc, Château Les Grands Chênes is a benchmark for connoisseurs. Its quality has won over wine connoisseurs for the past two decades. With a very deep ruby colour, the nose is aromatic and expressive. It reveals notes of blackberry, flowers (violet, peony) and crushed blackcurrant, combined with subtle hints of liquorice and chocolate. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blackberry and red berries, combined with delicate touches of violet and spice in a savoury finish. A Médoc to be enjoyed with a Normandy-style pork chop, for example.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
