Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours 2023 is an exceptional Bordeaux from a Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyard. Situated on the hills above Blaye, this family estate has been owned by the Hubert family for several generations and is distinguished by its respectful approach to the terroir. This 2023 vintage reveals a deep colour with purple hues and an elegant nose blending black fruits, sweet spices and floral notes. On the palate, the attack is clean, with a lovely tannic structure and a long, harmonious finish, marked by a mineral touch characteristic of the limestone terroir. Composed mainly of Merlot, this wine offers a perfect balance between power and finesse. Its ageing in vats and barrels gives it lovely aromatic complexity whilst retaining great freshness.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
