Château Saint-Pierre Saint-Julien is a prestigious Bordeaux wine from the Saint-Julien appellation, recognised for its classic Médoc elegance and balance. It expresses a refined combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, showcasing both power and finesse typical of this renowned terroir.

Meet the Producer

Château Saint-Pierre is a historic estate in the Saint-Julien appellation, producing wines that combine traditional Bordeaux winemaking with modern precision. The estate focuses on crafting wines of elegance, structure, and ageing potential, reflecting the classic Médoc character.

Production

Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted carefully. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with gentle extraction to preserve the fruit and structure. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, around 50% new, for approximately 16–18 months, resulting in a wine with depth, complexity, and refined tannins.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-red in colour, with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, cedar, and subtle graphite notes. The palate is full-bodied and structured, featuring fine, silky tannins, a rich core of ripe dark fruits, hints of spice and tobacco, and a long, persistent finish that reflects its Saint-Julien heritage. Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
