The Fernando de Castilla Classic Oloroso NV is a traditional, solera-aged Sherry from Jerez de la Frontera. Dry and elegant, it shows rich nutty, spice and orange peel aromas, with a smooth, full-bodied palate and a long, food-friendly finish.
Meet the Producer
Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is located in the historic centre of Jerez. Founded by the aristocratic Andrada-Vanderwilde family, it has a long heritage of producing classic, expressive Sherry using traditional methods. The winery is celebrated for its dedication to craftsmanship and the solera system, producing wines of elegance, depth and consistency.
Production
Made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes, the juice is pressed and fermented in stainless steel until 11% ABV, then fortified to 18% ABV. The wine is aged without flor in oak casks for 8 years using the traditional solera and criadera system, creating complexity and balance.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
