Source-supplied bottle description

Located in the commune of La Livinière in the Minervois, Clos d'Ora is harvested entirely by hand and cultivated biodynamically with the greatest respect for the environment. "Clos d'Ora is the fruit of a slow maturation. It was born of a spiritual journey and an irresistible desire to create an exceptional wine" - Gérard Bertrand. This exquisitely supple and delicate wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and reveals a perfect harmony of red fruit, spice and chocolate notes that make us salivate with pleasure. A great Languedoc wine and one of the greatest of the Gérard Bertrand house.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
