Gérard Bertrand embodies unique expertise, treating his wines as an art form and combining modernity with tradition. Always striving for precision and excellence, he has created a unique and iconic rosé wine: Le Clos du Temple. Recognised as the best rosé in the world, this cuvée is the symbol of elegance. With laser-like precision, it has been designed to pair with the most refined dishes at the finest gourmet restaurants. Le Clos du Temple is made from 11 exceptional hillside plots, cultivated biodynamically with respect for the terroir and biodiversity. The chosen blend is a marriage of old Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre with the unexpected Viognier, which brings aromatic complexity. On tasting, this rosé gem offers a delicate fresh fruit nose with notes of peach, apricot and rose, supported by hints of white pepper. The balance between the full mid-palate and the fresh, long finish is perfectly orchestrated. This wine is a wonderful accompaniment to refined seafood such as lobster and scallops, as well as white meats and poultry. Quantities produced are very limited, so don't miss out on this gastronomic experience.
