Each of Luca Ricci's sparkling wines has its own identity, as exemplified by this Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, whose delicate and balanced dosage reveals its great versatility. Made exclusively from Glera grapes grown on the clay soils of Collalto di Susegana the Ricci family's home village, north of Treviso this delicious sparkling wine meets stringent production standards. Produced using the CharmatMartinotti tank fermentation method (30 days), followed by two months' ageing, it features a fine, persistent effervescence with a creamy mousse. On the nose, citrus notes evoking cedar and white spring flowers mingle with aromas of crisp white fruits and the scent of ripe yellow fruits. On the palate, the freshness is emphasised by a lively acidity, accompanied by a slight bitterness and a hint of salinity.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
