Read the retailer’s description

The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Produced from a blend of several plots on the estate, resulting in an elegant dry wine, the Sauvignon expresses its full potential on an unusual soil composition—clay-siliceous on the surface and limestone-based subsoil. Briefly aged in vats and on lees, this wine offers a nose with lively notes of lemon and white flowers. The fruit retains its intensity on the palate, which is full-bodied on the attack, elegant on the palate, fresh and featuring a very pleasant, salivating hint of bitterness on the finish. Rich in aromas that blend the smoothness of the fruit with a fresh, light and high-quality minerality. It is equally enjoyable as an aperitif or with a meal, pairing well with fish terrines, scallop carpaccio or cheese tarts.
