The description below is the retailer’s own wording.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay, the 2023 Cuvée Flor reflects the full richness of the estate’s marl-limestone terroirs. This top-up wine captivates with its fresh and expressive profile, highlighting the purity of the fruit and the vibrancy of its youth. Produced from vines cultivated with respect for the environment, in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture and certified Terras Vitis since 2015, this Chardonnay benefits from meticulous care at every stage. Following rigorous settling, fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the aromas. The wine is aged for around 10 months in closed tanks, shielded from the air to retain all its freshness. On tasting, the nose opens with a delicate bouquet blending white flowers, mirabelle plums, honey, citrus fruits and a hint of green apple. On the palate, lively and well-balanced, these aromas are elegantly carried through, underpinned by a lovely minerality. A harmonious and refreshing wine, true to its terroir.
