A creamy, luxuriously-textured, Champagne Method fizz offering tangy lemon citrus and quince with notes of baked apple and pastry. There is an elegant softness on the palate which is both flavoursome and floral. Great quality. Staff Review "I’ve always been fond of Alsace wines and this – full of fragrant fresh apples and soft spices on the nose – is a little like a baked fruit pie! e palate is bright and refreshing with a light creaminess. A great all-rounder – it drinks nicely on its own or with seafood and it’s a treat with softer cheeses." Aiden Schwarzer Customer Account Manager
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
