Source-supplied bottle description

Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.

From the granitic soils around Orschwiller, Crémant d'Alsace Cuvée Platine was disgorged after 42 months on laths in extra brut without any dosage or addition of sugar during the entire winemaking process. This citrus to golden-white sparkling wine offers bright, intense, elegant aromas on the nose, interwoven with brioche, crystalline notes and flint. Supple, fresh and elegant on the palate, this is a dense, rich, long-lasting Crémant, with a dry, saline finish and a youthful, attractive character. Very stimulating, medium to full-bodied, it goes particularly well with dishes such as white meats, cheese and fish.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
