This Louis Vallon Crémant de Bordeaux is a well-balanced, acclaimed sparkling wine. Made from a blend of Semillon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, with a touch of Muscadelle and produced in the traditional method and aged on laths for 12 months. With a shimmering colour, the nose is seductive from the off with delicate aromas of candied lemon, mint and carnation. The notes of white flowers lend it voluptuousness and elegance. We find notes of citrus on the palate that are just as fresh and elegant, with a fine, rounded texture and a good length and gentle sparkle. The delicate aromas of peach at the finish bring a subtle, delicious note. A safe bet for your aperitifs and fruit desserts, for a low price!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
