In the heart of the Châtillonnais, in the Côte d'Or, just a few kilometres from Champagne, Domaine Bruno Dangin produces an organic Crémant that exemplifies the care taken with both still and sparkling wines. The vines, averaging 30 years of age, are rooted in Upper Jurassic clay-limestone soils, which impart tension, fine minerality and freshness, whilst providing Pinot Noir with an ideal terroir to express its depth and energy. Made from 100% Pinot Noir and carefully aged in barrels, this Crémant reveals subtle aromas of peach, red berries and violet on the nose, underpinned by delicate brioche notes. On the palate, it captivates with its density and generous structure, punctuated by tangy nuances reminiscent of Reinette apples, and finishes with a long, elegant and gastronomic finish. Lightly dosed and perfectly balanced, this characterful cuvée pairs equally well with aperitifs and refined dishes, offering beautiful harmonies at the table, right through to pink-roasted lamb. It embodies the estate's precision, expertise and elegance, whilst fully expressing the richness and uniqueness of its organic terroir.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
