Source-supplied bottle description
Retained as supporting identification copy; the structured facts and evidence links above are kept separate.
For this Crémant demi-sec, the second fermentation is carried out according to the Traditional Method, in the bottle, after a selection of the best juices. The 18 months of ageing on laths in the tuffeau cellars before disgorging give the wine an incomparable finesse of bubbles. The nose reveals the floral notes of the Chenin Blanc, the freshness of the Chardonnay and the fruitiness of the Cabernet Franc for a singular balance and harmony. The wine's dosage adds roundness and finesse. The attack is smooth, the palate rich and round with a fine balance. Long-lasting aromas on the palate with notes of ripe fruit, pear and peach. Enjoy it with exotic dishes and desserts, and ideal for sharing!
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
