The vineyards of Mas des Armes thrive in Aniane, a terroir that produces some of the most famous wines in the south of France. Marc and Régis craft their wines with meticulous care; like master goldsmiths, they vinify each plot separately, isolating them by grape variety and terroir to create precise, high-quality wines. The Cuvée 360 is the estate’s flagship wine, which has built their reputation. The grapes were harvested by hand, then sorted twice to age only the finest berries, followed by ageing in French oak barrels for a minimum of 15 months, then a further year’s ageing in the bottle to ensure the wine is perfectly balanced by the time it goes on sale. On tasting, this is an intense and complex wine with good body and a silky, full-bodied texture on the palate. Distinct notes of black fruit, mocha, dried fig and toast unfold with every sip. This fine dining wine has excellent ageing potential; open it one hour before serving, and it will pair perfectly with red meats, game and mushrooms.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
