Source-supplied bottle description

Nestled at the foot of the Alpilles, Domaine d’Éole has been practising organic viticulture since 1993, with minimal intervention in the cellar to reveal the purity of the fruit and the terroir’s distinctive character. The Cuvée Léa, produced from a plot-selection of old vines, is the estate’s flagship wine, aged for one year in oak barrels followed by three years in bottle, resulting in a fully mature expression. The 2021 vintage put the winegrowers to the test, with a late spring frost and a cooler summer than usual. The result was lower yields, but grapes of excellent quality, producing wines that are less concentrated than in the past, yet more classic in their balance, freshness, silky tannins and elegance rather than raw power. The 2021 Cuvée Léa illustrates this consistency to perfection.
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
