Maestro White is a Rhône-style white blend that showcases the elegance and complexity of Stellenbosch’s cool-climate vineyards. Aromas of concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, complemented by subtle spice, citrus, and floral notes, lead to a full-bodied, textured palate with a lingering, nuanced finish.

Vineyard & Terroir

Sourced from Stellenbosch vineyards, the grapes benefit from a cool, even-growing season with soils that produce concentrated flavours and balanced acidity.

Winemaking

Grapes were picked at varying ripeness levels, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented naturally in small French oak barrels and cement eggs. After 10 months of aging, the wine was blended, lightly filtered, and bottled to preserve its richness and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Bright stone fruit and citrus aromas, layered and textured palate, with a long, nuanced finish.

Food Pairing

Pairs beautifully with seafood, roasted poultry, creamy vegetable dishes, and subtly spiced cuisine.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
